Registration

You agree that at all times when using the Service:

Right to Refuse Registration: To maintain the integrity of the service and for operational reasons, we retain the right to deny any registration application at our sole discretion, without the obligation to provide a specific reason.
Registration and Verification: Before using the Service, you must personally complete the registration form and accept these Terms. To begin betting or withdraw your winnings, you may need to become a verified Customer by passing certain checks. This may involve providing valid proof of identification, such as a copy of your passport, driver's license, or national ID card, along with a recent utility bill displaying your name and address as proof of residence. We hold the right to suspend wagering or limit Account options until the required information is received. Additionally, you'll need to fund your Service Account using the payment methods specified on our Website.
Accurate Contact Information: It's your responsibility to provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address (the “Registered Email Address”). You must also keep this information up-to-date in the future. We communicate with our Customers primarily through their Registered Email Address. The Customer is solely responsible for securing their Registered Email Address to prevent its unauthorized use by third parties. We shall not be held responsible for any alleged damages or losses arising from communications with the Customer via the Registered Email Address. Customers without a reachable email address will have their Account suspended until a valid address is provided. Intentional provision of false or inaccurate personal information may result in the suspension of your Account, legal action, and contact with relevant authorities in certain cases.
Single Account: You are allowed to register only one Account with the Service. Multiple Accounts registered with us, including those associated with representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons, or third parties operating on your behalf, are subject to immediate closure.
Additional Personal Information: We may request additional personal information, such as your name and surname, or utilize third-party information providers to ensure your financial worthiness and confirm your identity. If additional personal information is obtained from third-party sources, we will inform you about this data.
Password Security: Safeguard your password for the Service. Assuming that the requested Account information has been correctly provided, we consider bets, deposits, and withdrawals as made by you. It's advisable to change your password regularly and never disclose it to third parties. Passwords must consist of at least one letter, one number, and one special character, with a minimum length of eight characters. It's your responsibility to protect your password, and any failure to do so is at your sole risk and expense. Log out of the Service after each session. In the event you suspect any misuse of your Account information by a third party, a breach, or password compromise, notify us immediately via email using your Registered Email Address at [email protected]. If we detect such an incident, your Account will be immediately suspended, and you remain responsible for all activities on your Account, whether or not authorized by you.

Multiple Currencies: When registering, you'll have the option to use all available currencies on the website. These will be the currencies of your deposits, withdrawals, and bets placed and matched through the Service, as specified in these Terms. Some payment methods may not process in all currencies. In such cases, a processing currency will be displayed, along with a conversion calculator on the page.
No Obligation to Open an Account: We are not obligated to open an Account for you. Our website's sign-up page serves as an invitation to treat. Whether or not to proceed with the opening of an Account is entirely at our discretion, and if we decline, we are not obligated to provide a reason for the refusal.
Further Information Requests: Upon receiving your application, we may request additional information and/or documentation from you to comply with our regulatory and legal obligations.

Your Account

Account Currencies: Accounts may use several currencies. In such cases, all Account balances and transactions are displayed in the currency used for the transaction.
No Credit: We do not provide credit for using the Service.
Account Closure and Suspension: We reserve the right to close or suspend an Account and refund any held funds if you are not in compliance with these Terms or if we reasonably believe you are not complying. This may be done to maintain the integrity or fairness of the Service or for other reasonable grounds. Prior notice may not always be possible. If we close or suspend your Account for non-compliance with these Terms, we may cancel and/or void any of your bets and withhold any money in your Account, including the deposit.
Closure or Suspension Without Notice: We retain the right to close or suspend any Account without prior notice and return all funds. Matured contractual obligations, however, will be honored.
Wager Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit any wager at any time for various reasons, including wagers placed in a fraudulent manner to circumvent betting limits or system regulations.
Mistakenly Credited Funds: If an amount is mistakenly credited to your Account, it remains our property. Once we identify such a mistake, we will notify you, and the amount will be withdrawn from your Account.
Overdrawn Account: If, for any reason, your Account becomes overdrawn, you will be in debt to us for the overdrawn amount.
Reporting Errors: You must inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors with your Account.
Responsible Betting: Betting is meant for entertainment, and you should stop when it ceases to be enjoyable. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. If you believe you've lost control of your gambling, we offer a self-exclusion option. Notify our Customer Support Department via your Registered Email Address that you wish to SELF-EXCLUDE, and this request will take effect within 24 hours. In this case, your Account will be disabled until further notice, and you won't be able to log in.
Account Transfer Prohibited: You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge your Account to another person. This prohibition extends to the transfer of any assets, including ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights, or claims associated with these assets, whether legal, commercial, or otherwise. Transfers also include any arrangement or association with third parties in any form.
Account Closure Request: To close your account, please send an email from your Registered Email Address to our Customer Support Department using the links on the Website.

Inactive Accounts

Inactive Account Fee: If your Account remains inactive for twelve consecutive months or more (no logins, logouts, bets, or Service usage), and your Account holds a positive balance, we will charge an Inactive Account Fee of €5 (or equivalent currency) per calendar month.
Fee Notification: We will inform you about the Inactive Account Fee starting on the eleventh month of inactivity, and you will always have the option to log in and withdraw your funds.
Fee Withdrawal: The Inactive Account Fee will be deducted monthly from your Account balance, but only for the period when no Account activity occurs after the initial twelve-month period. If the Inactive Account Fee is due and your Account balance is less than €5 (or equivalent currency), the fee will comprise the remaining funds in your Account.

Deposit of Funds

Deposit Source: All deposits must be made from an account, payment system, or credit card registered in your name. Deposits made in a currency other than your account's currency will be converted using the daily exchange rate from sources such as oanda.com or the prevailing rate of exchange from our bank or payment processor. Note that some payment systems may apply additional currency exchange fees, which will be deducted from your deposit.
Deposit Fees: Check for fees and charges related to customer deposits and withdrawals on the Website. In most cases, we absorb transaction fees for deposits to your Account. You are responsible for any bank charges incurred due to depositing funds with us.
Credit and Debit Card Deposits: We are not a financial institution and use third-party electronic payment processors to process credit and debit card deposits. If you deposit funds via credit or debit card, your Account will only be credited upon receiving approval and authorization from the payment issuer. If your card issuer does not provide authorization, your Account will not be credited with the funds.
Payment Obligation: You agree to fully pay any payments and charges owed to us or to payment providers for using the Service. You further agree not to initiate chargebacks or cancel any deposits. Any chargebacks or cancellations will require you to refund and compensate us for such unpaid deposits, along with any expenses incurred in the process of collecting the deposit. You acknowledge that your player account is not a bank account and is not guaranteed, insured, or protected by any deposit or banking insurance system.
Bonus Terms: If you accept any of our promotional or bonus offers by entering a bonus code during deposit, you agree to adhere to the Terms of Bonuses and terms specific to each bonus.
Illicit Funds: Funds stemming from criminal, illegal, or unauthorized activities must not be deposited with us.
Documentation Retention: If you deposit using a credit card, it's recommended that you retain a copy of Transaction Records and these Terms.
Local Jurisdiction Laws: Internet gambling may be illegal in your location; if so, you are not authorized to use your payment card to deposit on this site. It's your responsibility to be aware of the online gambling laws in your domicile.

Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawal Request: You may withdraw any unutilized and cleared funds in your player account by submitting a withdrawal request according to our withdrawal conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is €10 (or equivalent in another currency), except in the case of account closure, when you can withdraw the full balance.
Withdrawal Fee: Withdrawal commissions do not apply if you roll over (wager) your deposit at least once. Otherwise, we may deduct an 8% fee with a minimum of €4 (or equivalent in your account currency) to combat money laundering.
Identity Verification: We reserve the right to request photo ID, address confirmation, or additional verification procedures (such as requesting a selfie or arranging a verification call) to verify your identity before granting any withdrawals from your Account. Identity verification may also occur at any time during your relationship with us.
Withdrawal Method: All withdrawals must be made to the original debit, credit card, bank account, or the payment method used to make the initial payment to your Baji Account. We may, at our discretion, allow you to withdraw to a payment method different from the one used for your original deposit, subject to additional security checks.
Closed or Inaccessible Account: If you wish to withdraw funds, but your account is inaccessible, dormant, locked, or closed, please contact our Customer Service Department at [email protected].
Withdrawal Limits: In cases where your balance is at least 10 times larger than the total sum of your deposits, you will be limited to €5,000 (or currency equivalent) for withdrawal per month. In other cases, the maximum withdrawal amount per month is €10,000.
Restricted Use Policy: We cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds if you breach the Restricted Use policy specified in Clauses 3.3 and 4.

Payment Transactions and Processors

Payment Responsibility: You are fully responsible for paying all amounts owed to us. All payments must be made in good faith, and you should not attempt to reverse payments or take any actions that would cause payments to be reversed by third parties to avoid legitimate liabilities. Charge-backs, denials, or reversals of payments made by you will lead to reimbursement and compensation of unpaid deposits, along with an administration fee of €50 (or currency equivalent) per charge-back, denial, or reversal.
Third-Party Payment Processors: We reserve the right to use third-party electronic payment processors and merchant banks to process payments you make. You agree to be bound by their terms and conditions if they are made known to you, provided these terms do not conflict with these Terms.
Anti-Money Laundering: All transactions on our site are subject to scrutiny to prevent money laundering or terrorism financing activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authority in accordance with the governing jurisdiction.

Errors

System Errors: In case of system or process errors, all bets are considered void. It's your responsibility to inform us immediately if you are aware of any error.
Player Errors: We will not be responsible for any financial loss incurred due to player error. You must ensure that you fully understand the rules and procedures of the games you engage in.
Calculation Errors: You agree that any disbursements, withdrawals, or payoffs made to you in error are invalid, and you must return them to us immediately upon request. We have the right to void any bets, withhold any payoffs, or correct any errors.
Game Error: In the event of a software error in one of our games, we reserve the right to void all relevant bets. This applies even if the error results in odds being skewed in your favor.
Non-Voidable Errors: In cases where the error could not reasonably have been recognized by you as a system or process error and it was to your advantage, it will be considered non-voidable. Your winnings will be honored.
System and Communication Errors: We will not be liable for any loss due to the system or network errors, or errors by a remote server, provider, or any software or hardware failure. However, in the event of a disconnection due to an error, we will do our best to reimburse you the amount at the time of the interruption.
Your Liability: You agree to hold us harmless and not liable for any losses or damage resulting from system failures, network errors, or any malfunction of the software. You will not be entitled to a refund for any funds lost due to system failures, network errors, or any malfunction of the software.

Our Liability

No Warranty: While we will make every effort to ensure that the Service is available to you, we make no representation or warranty that the Service will meet your requirements. We provide the Service “as is,” without any warranties or representations, either express or implied. In no event shall we be held liable for any damages or losses due to the use of the Service.
