Registration

You agree that at all times when using the Service:

Your Account

Inactive Accounts

  1. Inactive Account Fee: If your Account remains inactive for twelve consecutive months or more (no logins, logouts, bets, or Service usage), and your Account holds a positive balance, we will charge an Inactive Account Fee of €5 (or equivalent currency) per calendar month.
  2. Fee Notification: We will inform you about the Inactive Account Fee starting on the eleventh month of inactivity, and you will always have the option to log in and withdraw your funds.
  3. Fee Withdrawal: The Inactive Account Fee will be deducted monthly from your Account balance, but only for the period when no Account activity occurs after the initial twelve-month period. If the Inactive Account Fee is due and your Account balance is less than €5 (or equivalent currency), the fee will comprise the remaining funds in your Account.

Deposit of Funds

  1. Deposit Source: All deposits must be made from an account, payment system, or credit card registered in your name. Deposits made in a currency other than your account's currency will be converted using the daily exchange rate from sources such as oanda.com or the prevailing rate of exchange from our bank or payment processor. Note that some payment systems may apply additional currency exchange fees, which will be deducted from your deposit.
  2. Deposit Fees: Check for fees and charges related to customer deposits and withdrawals on the Website. In most cases, we absorb transaction fees for deposits to your Account. You are responsible for any bank charges incurred due to depositing funds with us.

  6. Withdrawal Limits: In cases where your balance is at least 10 times larger than the total sum of your deposits, you will be limited to €5,000 (or currency equivalent) for withdrawal per month. In other cases, the maximum withdrawal amount per month is €10,000.
